Shipping & Returns
Orders over $200 may be subject to signature required deliveries based on risk management practices. Please request in the order notes if you do not want a signature required delivery, please note that you will be responsible for the order if it shows as delivered, but you did not receive it.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ranger's Ridge is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier.
Ranger's Ridge is not responsible for stolen packages. If packages are shown as “Delivered”, and list a date and time that they were delivered, you are responsible for the safety of that package once it has been properly delivered to the address listed on your order.
We advise customers to report lost/stolen packages to the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim. At the conclusion of the carrier investigation, a decision will be made on how to proceed. In most cases, if your package was lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to get it replaced.
Return Policy (Products)
A return inquiry must be submitted to our staff (email@example.com) within 30 days after you receive your order. We do not accept returns for any products after that 30 day window. All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Apparel (Clothing of any sort)
First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets)
Special Order items
Online Digital Products (videos, pdfs, etc.)
Digital Media Products (Downloadable content or USB key products are not returnable due to the content being digital media that can be copied.)
Please note we do not accept retroactive discounts. If you forget to enter your coupon code, we cannot apply that discount after the fact.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer’s defect, there will be no restocking fee applied.
Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee if a restocking fee applies to your return.
We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer’s defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange.
