Ranger's Ridge Training Cancellation Policy

​​​MONTHLY/SEASONAL COURSES

(Self-defense, Wilderness Skills, Traditional Archery, etc.)

• If student choses to not attend a day of training within a course​

  • No refunds or postponements are available

• If an Act of God causes the cancellation of multiple training days, such as an earthquake, flood, snow storm, ice storm, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or another natural disaster.

  • Partial refunds, postponements maybe available. 

• If a student misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an Act of God

  • ​Partial refunds, postponements maybe available.  

• Training Day Canceled by Ranger's Ridge

  • Partial refund or postponements maybe available

NOTE: For all situations above.  Free training days have been gifted/built into these courses, so based on the amount of days missed, a refund or make-up training will be at the discretion of the Ranger's Ridge staff.  If the Ranger's Ridge staff approves of a make-up training and Ranger's Ridge cannot re-schedule the training within the remaining time frame of the course, attendees will be given a partial refund or a credit to attend a future training to cover the missed content.​

WORKSHOPS

• If student does not show up to or leaves early from the training

  • No refunds or postponements are available

• Student Cancels within 15 days of Event/Workshop

  • No refunds or postponements are available

• Student Cancels between 16-30 days of Event/Workshop

  • Partial refund ( minus15% cancellation fee) or postponements maybe available

• Student Cancels beyond 30 days of Event/Workshop

  • Full refund or postponements maybe available

• Full Event Canceled by Ranger's Ridge

  • Full refund or postponements maybe available​

• If an Act of God causes the cancellation and rescheduling of an event, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or another natural disaster.

  • Full refund or postponements maybe available In the event of a postponement, the course will be re-scheduled within 60-90 days of the original event date.  If Ranger's Ridge cannot re-schedule the event within that time frame, attendees will be given a full refund or a credit to attend a future offering of that event.​

• If an attendee misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an Act of God.t

  • Full refund or postponements maybe available They will be given a credit for a future course. If there is not a future course scheduled within 12 months, the attendee’s voucher will still be valid until such time that Ranger's Ridge holds another similar event.​

ALL TRAININGS

• In the event, where student violates Code of Conduct or cancels after event has started

  • No refunds or postponements are available

• If you received any digital training/products as part of any promotions at the time of your course/workshop signup, and you cancel within an eligible refund period

  • The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.​​

• Course Cancellations by students may be made in writing to survive@rangersridge.com.  Cancellations maybe subject to cancellation fees. For cancellations, amounts paid minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. The cancellation fees will be assessed regardless of resale of student slot.

• Package deals and group discounts are not refundable at any time.

• Please note we do not accept retroactive discounts. If you forget to enter your coupon code, we cannot apply that discount after the fact. ​
